I am happy and feel free… Free from the fear of old age, diseases, pain
and suffering….Fear and anxiety of being incapacitated and dependent upon
others in old age -physically, mentally and emotionally. I have a cause to
celebrate each moment and my life as now I have the knowledge and fundamental
truth to live healthfully and pursue the supreme goal of precious human life.
The answers are very simple and basic…and after experimenting,
experiencing and adapting in my life, I am happy with the results. The
conviction is strong and it just FEELS right inside!
With Gods grace, having found the spiritual path and a ‘to die for’
master, the goal of life became very clear. To achieve this goal one also needs
to live healthfully and I found my answers in Hygienic living which does not
only talks about nutrition but other factors important to wholesome life. This
Hygienic living laid to rest all my above mentioned fears. Quotes like Health
is wealth, Knowledge is power, Happiness lies in less, Simple living and high
thinking…etc started to make sense ‘meaningfully’.
So it’s all about living according to the laws of nature… so very basic
and simple that most of the times we miss them completely. Simple eating leads
to simple yet high quality thinking, which leads to positive actions – habits
and ultimately a strong and positive character! The simplest thought-as basic
as ‘love’ stores all the answers and solutions to life’s complex questions and
problems. Basic elements of pure air, water, some exercise, positive thoughts,
attitude of gratitude, a giving nature and not forget fresh food like fruits,
leafy greens, nuts and seeds completes our requirements of a wholesome and
healthy body.
It liberates me from inherent fears…
Like one Doctor said: “If nature gives a problem, then the solution
lies with nature only”. I understand and trust this completely now. And when I
feel free I am able to accept everyone for what they are and everything for
what it is..for they are on their individual journey of varied experiences and
learning. I accept every situation and look for the minutest of positive hidden
therein. It could be the learning that I-the soul has chosen to learn.
With God’s grace I rise above and enlarge my heart, accept everyone and
greet everything with lots of love and open arms…because I am liberated!
